To conduct consultations, dispatch orders, and follow up on your care. Health information is visible only to your treating physicians and is never used for marketing.

Retention & removal

Clinical records are retained as required for continuity of care. You may request a copy or deletion of your non-clinical data at any time via ojasayurved204@gmail.com.

Third parties

We use payment processing and messaging providers (e.g., WhatsApp) to deliver the service. Each processes only what its function requires.
