Consumable formulations

Being ingestible preparations, opened formulations cannot be returned. Unopened items in original seals may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photograph — a replacement ships at our cost, no return required.

Consultation fees

A booked consultation may be rescheduled freely up to 12 hours before the slot, or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
